About Drug Serv
Drug Serv Pharmacies are public sector pharmacies located at government run hospitals and selected health clinics across the island. Currently, the NHF operates 106 Drug Serv Pharmacy locations through full time and scheduled service.
Drug Serv, supports hundreds of thousands of Jamaicans who depend on the public health system for their medication. With a commitment to improving healthcare access and quality, our mission is to provide patients with a great customer experiences.
From efficient prescription services to creative solutions like the scheduled refill, Quick Prescript App and Mobile Dispensing Unit, we are always working to reduce wait times and make our service better.

The NHF App
The NHF App smartphone app makes it even faster to fill your prescriptions. It allows patients to submit their prescriptions electronically by just snapping a photo of their prescriptions.
If you do not have a smartphone, you can use the Quick Prescript Kiosk located in selected pharmacies. This allows patients to submit their prescriptions using the NHF App.
Scheduled Refill
Reduce your wait time! If you have repeat prescriptions, you now have more options for filling your medication, significantly reducing pharmacy wait times. The Scheduled Refill system allows you to refill repeat prescriptions before you even get to the pharmacy.
Drop Off and Pick Up Service
Getting your medication is easy! For public patients, you can drop off your prescription at a Drug Serv pharmacy and we’ll let you know your pick-up time. Reduce your wait and collect your medication with ease.
Pharmacy Partners
Get more options to fill your prescriptions! We have partnered with select private pharmacies to dispense NHF-owned drugs to public patients through our Public Private Sector Pharmacy Partner programme. In addition to public sector pharmacies, this initiative increases the options public patients have to fill specific prescription drugs.
