National Health Fund is dedicated to delivering pharmaceuticals to public health institutions in a consistent and timely manner.  Our delivery team covers the island every two weeks according to the established delivery routes, with an objective of  95% adherence to the delivery schedule. Once an order is submitted on time, our team of order processing representatives, inventory officers, storemen, drivers  and delivery attendants work diligently to have health institutions receive their supplies on the scheduled delivery date.

Our operating hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Mondays to Thursday and 8:30am – 4:00pm on Fridays. However being the provider of an essential service there is an emergency response service outside of the regular hours and during public holidays to satisfy the emergency needs of hospitals.

Support for Ministry of Health Programmes

The NHF also provides effective support for the Ministry of Health’s immunisation, and HIV/STI/Tb programmes. This includes the warehousing and distribution of vaccines, and the procurement, warehousing and distribution of anti-retrovirals and laboratory reagents for sexually transmitted infections, respectively.
