NHF FAMILY FORUM
On Tuesday, November 17, 2020, the National Health Fund kicked off its first virtual Family Forum series discussing Diabetes, treatment options, and how the NHF can help with over 100 viewers. Our guest was Consultant Physician and Endocrinologist Dr. Karen Phillips.
On December 8, 2020, we shined the spotlight on Depression and how to survive the Christmas season during a pandemic with Consultant Psychiatrist and Clinical Director, Dr. Geoffrey Walcott.
The NHF Family Forum is a virtual support group for persons and their caregivers with chronic illnesses that the NHF covers. The NHF will partner with keynote facilitators, who will discuss matters relating to the particular disease and current topics that may affect each group while providing an avenue for questions and answers.
The five-part series is being hosted by actor, comedian, radio and TV personality Christopher "Johnny" Daley.
