MORE THAN 60 CHIEF PHARMACIST AND TEAM LEADERS PARTICIPATED IN THE NHF PHARMACY SERVICES LEADERSHIP CAUCUS
With mandatory temperature checks, hand sanitizing and a venue that provided adequate space for social distancing, over 60 chief pharmacist and team leaders participated in the Pharmacy Services Leadership Caucus at the Jamaica Conference Centre on Friday, June 19, 2020. Among the areas discussed were; medication delivery, reducing medication errors, employee engagement, achieving and maintaining maximum customer satisfaction, flexi work arrangements & overtime. The event was very interactive as team members expressed their concerns and deliberated on the various topics, however, in the end, several decisions were taken on the way forward.
