Caption: The National Health Fund (NHF) once again proved its commitment to good corporate governance when it walked away as the overall winner of the 2020 Greta Bogues Award for Excellence in Public Bodies Corporate Governance, at the fourth staging of the Ministry of Finance and Public Service/ Private Sector Organization of Jamaica’s Public Bodies Corporate Governance Awards held virtually on Friday, March 26, 2021. The agency also topped two other segments in the awards for best Board Composition, Function and Structure, as well as best Compliance and Disclosure of Information. The NHF was also placed in the top three for the remaining five categories and special award segments. The NHF was selected for Risk Measurement, Management & Internal Controls (2nd), Corporate Governance Policies, Procedures & Practices (3rd), Best Annual Report (3rd) Best Website (3rd) and the PSOJ’s President Award for the Most Improved Public Body (3rd)
