NHF Adds New Drug for Ischaemic Heart Disease

National Health Fund (NHF) members who are enrolled for Ischaemic Heart Disease, will now enjoy more benefits with the addition of Ticagrelor, a new active ingredient that treats their condition. 

Effective April 2, 2014, NHF added to its NHFCard Drug List, Ticagrelor under the label Brilinta Tablets and offers a subsidy of $118.80 for each 90 mg tablet.
