NHF EXTENDS CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICE HOURS

The National Health Fund Customer Care Offices are now open to the public for an extra half hour each weekday. The extension of the opening hours makes it more convenient for the public who seek NHF services. The NHF Customer Care Offices now close at 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Thursday and at 3:30 p.m. on Fridays.

Last year over 72,000 visits were made to the four NHF customer service centres located across the island at Dominica Drive in New Kingston, Cornwall Regional Hospital, Mandeville Regional Hospital and St. Ann’s Bay Regional Hospital.
