Pap Smear is now on the offered on the NHF Programme
NHF is providing a subsidy of $1,300 for all Jamaican women 21 – 64 years to get their Pap smear every three years, making screening more affordable. Doctors are invited to become NHF Providers so their patients can enjoy this discount.
How to Register:
- Download the Application Form: Visit the NHF website to download the form. (click here to download)
- Complete the Form: Submit the completed Provider Application Form – Screening Services, along with originals or certified copies of the following
- Annual Registration Form from the MCJ
- Business Name Registration Certificate/Articles of Association (where applicable)
- TRN (Business) copy required upon request
- Sign Contract: Once a contract is signed with NHF you will receive a unique Provider Number and relevant procedure codes.
Kindly note, NHF does not accept manual claims.
