1st Step to a Healthy Life: 

Stay Active Every Day 

To stay healthy and fit, make sure you get at least 30 minutes of exercise every day. It’s good for your body and mind and it helps you stay away from health problems. 

2nd Step to Healthy Life: 

Eat Healthy, Cut Back on Junk Food 

Try to eat a variety of good foods like veggies, fruits and whole grains. Avoid eating too much salt, sugar, and fatty stuff. This will help you stay in good shape. 

3rd Step to Healthy Life: 

Drink Water and Cut Down on Sugary Drinks 

Water is essential for your well-being. It keeps you hydrated, in a good mood, and full of energy.

Aim to drink 6 to 8 glasses of water everyday

4th Step to Healthy Life: 

Get Enough Sleep 

Your body needs rest to function well. Aim 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night to keep your energy up during the day.

5th Step to a Healthy Life: 

Move, Don’t Sit All the Time 

Avoid sitting for too long or staring at screens for hours. Take short breaks to stretch, walk around, and give your eyes a rest. It’s good for your health.

Manage Your Weight 

Alongside regular exercise, watch what you eat and keep an eye on your weight. Keeping your weight in check helps you have a better quality of life.

Get regular checkups with the doctor. It helps identify health issues early and keeps you well.

Limit Alcohol Consumption

Drinking too much alcohol can harm your health. To stay safe and healthy limit your alcohol intake.

Pursue Enjoyable Hobbies 

Make time for activities you love. Hobbies bring joy and happiness to your life.

Practice Self- Care
