Mr. Ainsley Jones is a results-oriented leader, whose leadership is anchored in the core values of excellence, transparency, empathy and integrity. He brings more than 16 years of diverse professional experience in pharmacy management and individual benefits administration.

In the 13 years that he has been with the National Health Fund, Mr. Jones has served in a variety of leadership roles, including Pharmacy Manager, Pharmacy Services Coordinator, Parish Pharmacist, Manager of Individual Benefits, and Director of Pharmacy Services. Through these years, he demonstrated his capacity to navigate the complexities of governance and operational functions, to achieve the organization’s strategic objectives with excellence.

With a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Technology – Jamaica, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Heriot-Watt University – Edinburgh Campus, Mr. Jones blends his training and experience as a Pharmacist with his strategic business insights, to bring effectiveness and efficiency to his current role.

Mr. Jones’ extensive knowledge and strategic vision will continue to be instrumental in enhancing the NHF as it seeks to deliver optimal health benefits in supporting the healthcare services.
