Copies of bidders’ Tax Compliance Letter (TCL) or a copy of bidders’ Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC), if current/not expired and NCC registration in the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration category, grade 3 or above must be included with bids which must be deposited in the tender box in the Reception Area at the Procuring Entity’s address above by 2:00pm March 9, 2016. Bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 2:15pm.
