Invitation for Bids - Renovation of DrugServ Pharmacy at Princess Margaret Hospital (CLOSED)

Contract/Bid No. PMH/07-14

The National Health Fund now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Renovation to Drug Serv Pharmacy at Princess Margaret Hospital Pharmacy. The works include:

1. Construction of waiting area
2. Electrical upgrade
3. Installation of additional processing and dispensing windows
4. General Painting
5. Tiling
6. Modification of staff lunch room

The duration of the Project is Four (4) months

1. Bidders must possess a valid Tax Compliance Certificate and must be registered with the National Contracts Commission in the Building Construction category, Grade 4 or above in order to participate.

2. A site visit to discuss the requirements will be held at the Princess Margaret Hospital, St. Thomas at 11:00 a.m. on July 9, 2014.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and may purchase the Bidding Documents for a non-refundable fee of $2,000.00 payable by cash or manager's cheque at the address below at the address given below from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. commencing July 3, 2014. The bidding document may be downloaded free from the NHF website at www.nhf.org.jm.

4. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid closing and shall be deposited in the marked tender box located in the Receptionist area of the National Health Fund at the address below on or before 2:00 p.m. on Thursday July 31, 2014. Late Bids will be rejected.

5. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 2:15 p.m. on Thursday July 31, 2014.
