Eligibility Requirements: At the time of opening, bidders must submit the following documents for eligibility:
(a) Copy of a valid and current National Contracts Commission (NCC) Certificate in the category Safety & Security Services;
(b) Copy of a valid and current Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC);
(c) Proof of a valid registration with the Private Security Regulation Authority (PRSA);
(d) Proof of up-to-date and adequate liability insurance (to cover all company operatives and or persons acting in the company's interest);
(e) Audited Financial Statements for the last three (3) financial years of the company's operations;
(f) A completed and signed Service Provider's Bid Form;
(g) Bid Security in the amount of J$200,000.00.
Bids must be submitted at the Procuring Entity's address above by 2:00 pm on Wednesday, August 12, 2015. Bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 2:15pm.
The National Health Fund is an agency of the Ministry of Health.
