Consultancy Towards the Development of a National Health Insurance Plan
Scope:
Stakeholder consultations, actuarial analysis, short and long-term modeling, identification and establishment of priorities and options for sustainability for the implementation of a National Health Insurance Plan for Jamaica.
Procurement Method: International Competitive Bidding
Eligibility Requirements:
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of Two Hundred Thousand Jamaican Dollars (J$200,000.00) or its United States Dollar equivalent (US$1,540.00) in the form of a Manager’s cheque payable to the National Health Fund, or an unconditional banker’s guarantee or bid bond stamped by the Stamp Office of Jamaica.
A completed and signed Technical Proposal Submission Form.
Prior to award of contract the successful bidder must submit a copy of their valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC).
Pre-proposal Conference:
A pre-proposal conference will be facilitated locally at the address below and online on July 5, 2017 at 10:00am local time. Please refer to tender document for online details.
Format and Cost
A complete set of bidding documents in English will be available for a non- Tender Document: refundable cost of JS6,500 (US$50.00) payable in cash or certified cheque,
from the Receptionist, at the address below, as at June 20, 2017, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. A soft copy may be downloaded from www.nhf.org.jm at no charge.
