Scope:

a) The removal of timber roof and construction of concrete suspended roof to the Maternity Ward/Delivery Area.

b) General Renovations and Repairs inclusive of windows and doors, floor and wall tiling, painting, electrical installation, air-conditioning installation, plumbing installation, ceiling and wall finishes, joinery fittings, termite treatment, roof repairs.

NCC Category: Building Construction category, Grade 2 or above

Format and cost of Tender: Printed – from the address below 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday – Friday for $3,000.00 in cash or manager’s cheque payable to National Health Fund or Soft copy – at www.nhf.org.jm at no charge.

Bids must include a copy of a valid Tax Compliance Certificate or Tax Compliance Letter, a valid NCC Certificate in the Building Construction category, Grade 2 or above, and a Bid Bond in the amount of JM$250,000.00 and must be submitted at the Procuring Entity’s address above by 2:00pm. on August 4, 2017. Bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 2:15 pm.
