The National Health Fund has implemented a new and easier way to sign up your patients for their NHFCard. If you are out of the NHFCard Application Form, no worries!
The NHF Online Registration System for Doctors is just what you need.
Here are three (3) simple steps to register with the NHF online system to submit your patient NHFcard Application Form
- Digital Signature Verification – Check your information with your credentials as well as a digital signature file attachment. It’s key that your digital signature file is under your sole control at all times.
- Start Signing - Now you are all set! Go to the website login and start signing up your new patient and medical updates for existing NHFCard holders. Select the task that is applicable; NHF Card OR Update or Medical Record.
- Under section A: Start by entering your patient name, TRN and mobile number.
- Under section C: As customary, you will select the illness/s that the patient is diagnosed with and add your information including your Medical Council Registration Number.
Your patient will receive a notification to pick up their NHFCard. It’s that easy.
